Gift Wrap

You can choose gift wrapping for a small fee. Simply select “Add Gift Wrap” to your Shopping Cart before checking out. If there is not an option for gift wrap then that item cannot be gift wrapped.  

Special Orders

We are happy to fulfill special orders for items in the Pebble Beach Online Shop, including small to large sizes, and personalized orders. Simply email: customerservice@pebblebeach.com.

Pebble Beach Shop Online is proud to use FedEx for your shipping needs.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Shipping is not available on weekends and major holidays. Please see a list below of the current Pebble Beach FedEx Shipping Services available.

PEBBLE BEACH FEDEX SHIPPING SERVICES

FedEx Ground Service
Standard shipping is by FedEx Ground service and is not available to Hawaii or Alaska; residents should choose FedEx Second Day or Standard Overnight shipping services on the order form during the checkout process.

FedEx Second Day and Standard Overnight Service
FedEx Second Day and Standard Overnight shipping services are available for an additional cost. These shipping options are listed in your cart and automatically calculated during the checkout process.

FedEx Overnight Saturday Delivery
Saturday is not considered a business day. If you need Saturday delivery please choose the FedEx Overnight Saturday Delivery option available at checkout. If you require a signature at delivery, there is an additional charge of $5.95 by FedEx.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Cut-off time for FedEx Second Day or Standard Overnight shipments from Pebble Beach Shop Online is 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST); orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.

Once packages leave the Pebble Beach Shop Online premises we cannot be responsible for FedEx delivery performance.

FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please do not use a PO Box for a shipping address, it will not be delivered.

International Orders and Shipping (Including Canada and Mexico)

Please contact a Pebble Beach Shop Online customer service agent at customerservice@pebblebeach.com for all international purchases, shipping rates and delivery information prior to ordering.  At this time Pebble Beach Shop Online does not offer online check out for international orders. 

Please indicate the product or items you are inquiring about, including the name of the item, brief description and Pebble Beach ID Number at the bottom of the product description page. Include your name, shipping address, email and billing address and a daytime phone number. Please allow 24 hours for a customer service representative to provide you information needed to place your order.

International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Gift Card Shipping

The recommended delivery method for Pebble Beach gift cards is one of our Fed Ex shipping services listed above. Each of our FedEx shipping services provide tracking information for each order shipped. Gift cards may also sent by the United States Postal Service; however, tracking is unavailable and delivery cannot be ensured.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from Pebble Beach Shops please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 90 days of the purchase date. If you think a purchase may be defective please contact us immediately. All returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase. Simply follow the steps below or contact customerservice@pebblebeach.com.

  1. Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please note the reason for your return.  If you did not purchase the item(s) online, please include a copy of your receipt from the applicable store. 
  2. Please include a contact name, email address and daytime phone number. We recommend you send your return or exchange back to the address below with a tracking number.

  4. Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.
  5. There is an $8.95 re-shipping charge for all exchanged items (including gift items) within the USA. International exchange re-shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis. Please contact customerservice@pebblebeach.com to request a shipping quote. No checks are accepted for the reshipment of online purchases. Online re-shipping fees must be charged to your credit card. Checks are acceptable when sending re-shipping fees for in store purchases. Please do not send cash. The re-shipping charge will be waived only if there was an error on our part or the item was defective.
  6. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit or exchange item to be returned to you once our return department has received it.  In the case of a cash refund, the transaction will be completed at the shop level and processed through our accounting department for a check to be issued and mailed.
