Returns and Exchanges
Your
complete satisfaction with our product is our guarantee. If for any
reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to return
or
exchange it within 90 days of your purchase date.
Simply
enclose the shipping form you received with your order or a copy of
your purchase
receipt and note the reason for your return/exchange. Be sure to
include your
daytime telephone number and contact name. If you are exchanging an
item please
provide your complete return shipping address and exchange details.
There is an
exchange postage fee of $8.95. You can either include a check payable
to Pebble
Beach Company or request that we call you for credit card information.
We
will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or the
item is
defective.
Allow
seven to ten business days for the credit or exchange item to be
returned to
you. If you would like to check the status of your return or exchange
please
contact a customer service representative toll free at 800-873-0341 or

Credit Card Refunds
Credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. It
may take
up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
International Shipping (Including Canada)
Please send an email to customerservice@pebblebeach.com
with the following information: Contact name, shipping address, phone
number,
and the product Stock ID with description of the item you want to
order. Please
allow 24 business hours for a customer service representative to
contact you
with freight charges before placing your order.
Ground
service is not available, we only offer FedEx Economy International.
Customer is responsible for
all duties and taxes.
Express and Priority Shipping
Our
preferred method of shipping is Federal Express.
FedEx
Priority Overnight and 2nd Day Air Express are
available at an
additional cost. The cost will automatically be calculated during the
check out
process. Cut off times for Express and Priority deliveries are 12:00 PM
PST.
All Express orders received after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following
business
day. Saturday is not considered a Business Day. If you would like to have your item delivered on a Saturday, you will need to choose the Saturday delivery option upon check out.
Hawaii and Alaska residents please note: Ground service
is not available.
Standard Shipping
We ship in-stock items same day if order is received before 3 PM PST.
Items that are not in-stock will ship the next business day. Within the
continental United State you
can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Orders ship Monday
through
Friday only.
