Answers and directs all incoming calls to the hotel in a professional, pleasant manner. Clear, concise speaking voice required. Must be able to understand, speak and write English. Ability to speak a second language helpful. Experience in communications required. Basic computer skills and able to type 40 wpm required. Ability to work swing shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.), graveyard and weekends also required.
