Pebble Beach Company has embarked on a 10-year plan of infrastructure construction and improvement and are expanding our project management team to include a motivated senior manager to provide construction support for all operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and previous experience supervising and directing project managers. This individual will oversee a team of five experienced project managers. Excellent interpersonal communication and client relations skills is a must, as is the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and construction related professionals. They must be able to manage through conflict, complexity and resolve issues successfully. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including tables, charts and graphs is required. A minimum of five years construction experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Construction Superintendent or General Contractor is required. Degree in related discipline required (i.e. Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Planning).
