Assistant Payroll Manager (Full Time*)

Assist Payroll Manager in the oversight of payroll department and all related functions for 1,600 member team. Work in tandem with the Payroll Manager and the payroll team. Process and maintain payroll function in an accurate and timely manner. Interact and communicate with managers and employees regarding payroll concerns. Supervise the work of staff by delegating assignments and checking the quality of completed work. Prepare various reports, including payroll hour summaries. Assist in the training of staff to implement established procedures and changes as they occur. Minimum of one year supervisory experience; preferably in payroll. Minimum of three years payroll experience in high volume, fast paced environment.
