Supervise daily operations in a high volume call center to maximize productivity and revenue. Mentor Reservation Sales Agents in world class service and sales techniques. Communicate specific feedback to agents and management regarding service and sales needs of the department in a timely manner. Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Delphi and Hotel Management Systems. Hotel Reservations or call center experience preferred. Minimum one year experience in a leadership role. High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Schedule requires flexible hours to include weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
