Senior Customer Service Agent - Resort Reservations (Full Time*)

Sell a world-class experience in a results-oriented environment. Provide exceptional customer service while maximizing revenue from each guest. Ability to communicate in a professional manner and have excellent negotiation and suggestive selling skills. Must exhibit attention to detail. Experience with a hotel reservation system required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and type 50 wpm. Flexible availability required.
