Manage and organize all engineering operations at The Inn at Spanish Bay. The right candidate will possess excellent management skills with at least 5 years in hotel engineering and 5 years management experience. Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and waterology (pools, spas, and hot and chilled loops). Ability to read and understand blue prints and schematics. Coordination of all preventive maintenance systems. Budgets and financial management experience. Valid California driver’s license, 500 Boiler License, State of California Certification, Universal Technician EPA approved certificate.
