Produce hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards set by the Sous Chef and Grill Manager at the Spyglass Hill Grill. Graduate of accredited culinary program or apprenticeship under highly respected chef at a premier resort or hotel property preferred. Certification by the American Culinary Federation preferred. Prior Chef or Sous Chef experience and/or other high quality experience, knowledge and training required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends. Minimum of three years' experience in a premier restaurant, resort or hotel required. Food safety certification required. Eligible for Union benefit package.
