Coordinate guests' dining experience, ensuring that the guest receives immediate professional attention. Complete cash accounting and all related paperwork. Set-up and break down special events and evening banquets, to include moving tables, chairs and other furniture as necessary. Work special events as required. Fill-in for host and manager as needed. Polished, professional server skills. Ability to carry full trays of entrees. Ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively with guests and co-workers. Food safety and TIPS certification required. Eligible for Union benefit package.
