Manage all aspects of the beverage operation to ensure five star service standards. Responsible for maximizing the financial performance of the beverage operations by providing the highest possible guest service, products, and by fostering a positive work environment for all employees. Supervisory, time management and problem-solving skills required. Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of the beverage operations. Excellent management, motivational and organizational skills required. Knowledge of food, wine and spirits necessary. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult people and situations in a professional manner. Three or more years as line supervisor, preferably with a five star resort. Food safety and TIPS certifications required.
