Pebble Beach Resorts has an opening in the Team Leader Management Program, an entry-level managerial position. The Team Leader Program provides a hands-on opportunity to work in restaurants at the world-famous Pebble Beach Resorts, host of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, Pebble Beach Food & Wine and Concours d’Elegance. Our goal is to have each Team Leader develop knowledge of each restaurant, while developing their own leadership style. This position assists in overseeing the enjoyment of the guests at Pebble Beach Resorts, from both a front-of-the-house and back-of-house perspective. They will also assume the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty, when assigned. This position is part of the Food & Beverage Division and may rotate between The Lodge at Pebble Beach and The Inn at Spanish Bay. The Team Leader Program includes monthly trainings regarding many different aspects of the resort and the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate displays energy and enthusiasm on a daily basis, while giving the department clear goals and working alongside staff to accomplish them. The ability to oversee staff and encourage support throughout the team as well as excellent interpersonal skills are requirements of the job. Candidate is required to have a four-year college degree and is preferred to have prior working experience.
