Provide prompt, courteous service of all beverages and food for guests at the bar, as well as the dining room. Knows the method of preparation of most cocktails, garnishes, proper glassware per beverage and ingredient ratio. Possesses speed, accuracy and attention to detail, especially when mixing specialty cocktails. Must have an outgoing, dynamic personality with a positive attitude. Must contribute to a team environment by taking orders, clearing tables and resetting tables when business necessitates, and assists the restaurant team to ensure guests have an excellent dining experience. Knowledge of point of sale system helpful. Bartending experience required. Mixology experience helpful. Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Food safety and TIPS certification required. Eligible for Union benefit package.
