Facilitate guests’ and visitors’ enjoyment of the Inn and surrounding area by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests. Assist with front door and front desk functions, as required. Ability to stay well informed and knowledgeable about all hotel and local activities, restaurants, services and other attractions. Ability to give clear directions. Basic clerical skills needed to assist guests with business needs. Two years concierge experience with one year supervisory level preferred.
