Responsible for achieving stated occupancy and revenue goals by handling booking needs of small groups designated as “Pebble Beach Preferred” customers. Must be extremely service oriented, accurate, and work with attention to detail. Excellent telephone skills, verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to perform data entry. Good organizational and time management skills necessary. Knowledge of hotel reservations (SMS), sales/conference services systems (DELPHI), and Word required. One to two years of hotel/resort experience, preferably in reservations/sales also required.
