Achieve sales and profit objectives for multiple merchandise categories by developing and successfully implementing buying strategies, inventory management, merchandise selection and allocation, assortment and promotional planning, developing pricing strategies and marketing plans. Conduct financial/merchandise business analysis, monitor shop level open-to-buy (OTB), balance stock and vendor matrix development. Consistently deliver World Class Service by ensuring excellent vendor relations, efficient cost negotiation, exclusive product development and effective communication with shops. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of five years retail buying experience with a luxury retailer or golf resort.
