Facilitate the smooth transition of guest movement from one activity to another. Candidate must have a clear and concise speaking voice which is critical to answering calls and act as dispatch for the Transportation department. Must be service oriented, a self-starter, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Must be able to take charge and direct people while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Second language helpful. Ability to work weekends and holidays required. This position does require some driving. Good driving record and valid California driver's license required. Some hotel or resort experience preferred.
