Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. Confidence working in a fast pace environment and must work well in a team focused setting. Extensive use of the phone is required as is a tremendous amount of one-on-one contact with the guests. Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, basic math and accounting, and excellent telephone etiquette is required. Computer literate and previous experience with property management system preferred. Some customer service and/or hotel experience preferred.
