Basic hot/cold food, pantry knowledge and good knife skills required. Some culinary school required. Banquet experience ideal. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends. Minimum of three years experience in a premier restaurant, resort or hotel required. Food safety certification required. Eligible for Union benefit package.
