Administrative Assistant (Full Time*)

Assist the Catering & Conference Services team to coordinate a wide variety of events. Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Must have skills and experience to plan and implement large group activities that require the coordination of numerous services. Excellent telephone skills required. Experience in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook required. Minimum two years college-level education, B.A. or B.S. degree desired. Hospitality experience, especially within Catering & Conference Services required.
